Description
Using the Philips HeartStart FRx is as easy as 1, 2, 3. The patented Quick Shock feature allows the defibrillator to deliver a shock within 8 seconds after CPR. Simply press the green ON button to activate voice instruction and visual icons, place the pads on the patient as directed, and press the SHOCK button when advised by the device.
Real-time instructions
Real-time, step-by-step voice instructions, including CPR guidance, and an audible metronome, help guide responders while treating a suspected sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).
Suitable for children
Pre-connected SMART Pads II can be used for both adults and children. When treating an infant or child, simply use the infant/child key and the FRx adjusts instructions and therapy.
Built to last
Rugged, lightweight and reliable, the Philips HeartStart FRx can withstand rough handling, extreme temperatures, and dusty or wet surfaces. It can withstand up to 500 kg and drops from 1.2 metres.
Maintenance made easy
Once installed and activated, the Philips HeartStart FRx is easy to maintain. A series of automatic self-tests, daily, weekly, and monthly are performed to check pad readiness, device functionality and calibration of circuits and systems. Batteries last four years.
